Silent Auction Donation Form

 

Thank you for your interest in donating to the 5th Annual Martini Madness Tasting & Competition!
During the event, attendees will be invited to bid on items in the silent auction. The funds raised by the silent auction will help the Newtown Chamber fund this event and continue to hold more events in the future. We are asking for donations of products and services at a value of $25 and up. In exchange for your donation, we will provide exposure for your business at one of three levels:

Level 1
A photo of the item donated, company name and a link to your website, event exposure

Level 2
A photo of the item donated, company name and contact information, and a link to your website, a blog post on the event website, event exposure Save & Exit

Level 3
A photo of the item donated, company name and contact information, and a link to your website, a blog post on the event website, a dedicated social media post on the Martini Madness event page on Facebook, event exposure

What is Martini Madness? Martini Madness is a cocktail tasting & competition where local restaurants send their mixologists to shake up and serve samples of their best cocktail. Attendees will taste small samples of each trademark cocktail and vote on their favorites. At the end of the night, the mixologist with the most votes wins a special prize and bragging rights for the best cocktail in the area!

There will also be a silent auction, a music & dance party, non-alcoholic beverages, hors d’oeurve & more.
